Some flagship are also left back, but thats for some of bugs remaining for big screens phones to be solved.

A Big Question: Should we install this update?
Answer: Yes, go on if you want to try new things on Windows 10 and help microsoft identify bugs in the builds.

No, if the phone on which you are installing the preview is your regular phone.
Microsoft strictly advices not to install it on your daily use phone as it is still buggy.
