UPDATE: ASUS is now launching its Zenfone 2 in India.
As the CES 2015 is commencing in Lasvegas, It is pretty clear that a lot of hardware announcement will be made in next few days.
One such announcement was made by Asus Yesterday at their CES keynote.

Asus also announced two new phones to its Zenfone series.
The first phone is a phablet Asus Zenfone 2 and can also be called a great altenative to LG G3.
Asus Zenfone comes with 5.5 inches full HD IPS display with 403 PPI pixel density with a resolution of 1920*1080 with more narrower Bezels than the earlier Zenfones also protected by Gorilla Glass 3.
It features ZEN UI on top of Android 5.0 Lollipop.
What's boost to the Phablet is its hardware configuration of it's 64-BIT Intel Atom Processor clocked at 2.3GHz.
These powerful processor is backed by a 4GB RAM, definitely making it a multitasking monster with an assured smothness of web surfing the web and the High end Gaming.
There's also a 2GB version which would make device more budget friendly and cheaper to Buy.
Comes with an inbuilt storage of 16GB/32GB/64GB with anexpandable storage of 64GB via microSD card.
The Zenfone 2 features a 13MP Pixel Master Rear Camera with a Real tone flash for warm Skin tones and acuuracy for the colour reproduction.
It also features a 5MP front camera for clicking those perfect selfies for the selfie addicts.
Other than Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC for connectivity it also supports 4G LTE for many different bands of India and international.
It Contains a 3000 mAh battery with Fast Charging technology.
Now comes the Bonus phone which is just the same as the Zenfone 2 in the specs except it comes with more great camera and 128GB of internal storage, depending on different region the storage could also be less than 128GB.
These phablet is named as Zenfone Zoom, comes with 13 MP Pixel Master rear camera with 3x Optical zoom.
Asus calls it "the world’s thinnest smartphone to feature a 13MP camera with a 3X optical zoom".
The Zenfone Zoom Camera has a Laser auto focus and Optical Image Stabilization and makes use of the Android Lollipop's new camera API providng manual controls for ISO, White Balance, Exposure and others.
The Zenfone 2 would be available from March and priced at $199.
The Zenfone Zoom would be available in Q2 and would be priced at $399
