LAVA IRIS X8 LAUNCHED AT Rs.8999/-

From past few months Lava has been quickly expanding its Budget Smartphone segment with a wide range of hardware to choose from.

Recently Lava launched Grand X1 and X1 Mini both being the budget smartphone under Rs.10,000/- and also the Iris Alfa with more features and a budget offering priced at Rs.6,500/-.

Lava has now again expanded its Budget X series line-up with its new Iris X8 the another budget offering with more premium specs.

The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek chipset with 1.4Ghz octa-core processor, and sports a 5-inch 1280 x 720 pixel IPS display with Asahi Dragontrail glass protection.

It comes with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal memory (12.9 GB available for User) with expandable memory of 32GB.

The Iris X8 comes with Android 4.4 KitKat and a guarateed update for Android Lollipop 5.0.

It also sports some Smart gesture controls for easy access to many features on the phone.

The Iris X8 sports an 8MP Auto focus camera and 3MP front facing camera.

The connectivity options include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and 3G, the Iris X8 is powered by 2500mAh battery.

The Lava Iris X8 would go on sale on Flipkart on 9th Feb at a price of Rs.8,999/-.
