ACER ANNOUCED NEW LIQUID Z AND JADE Z SMARTPHONES

As MWC 2015 has been started of with all the firms readying their launch of the smartphones, Acer has come up with its devices launch today at the first day of the MWC 2015.


Acer has launched three smartphones out of which, two smartphones are targeted as the budget smartphones and the other being in a higher end segment and all the smartphones running Android 5.0 Lollipop.

Starting with the higher tier of the smartphones is the Acer Liquid Jade Z, which consists of a Mediatek 64-bit Quad core processor.

The smartphone consists of 5 inch 720p Zero Air Gap display protected with Gorilla Glass 3.

Acer has made the Liquid Jade Z an LTE ready smartphone where the whole smartphone is just 7.9mm thin and comes with 13MP rear camera with LED flash and 5MP front camera.

The next two smartphones Liquid Z520 and Z220 are targeted as the budget smartphones and comes with 5-inch and 4-inch WVGA display respectively.

The Acer Liquid Z520 and Acer Liquid Z220 both comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 Quad core chipset coupled with 1GB of RAM.

Both of the smartphone differ on the basis of the camera where Z520 comes with 8MP rear camera whereas Z220 comes with 5MP rear camera.

Both of the smartphones come with 2MP front facing camera.

The Acer Liquid Jade Z would be priced at 199 euros (Rs.14000 Approx.) and Acer Liquid Z220 at 89 euros (Rs. 7000 Approx.), both being available in March.

The Acer Liquid Z520 would be priced at 109 euros (Rs. 7500 Approx.) being available in April.
