ASUS made quite a stir in the smartphone market when they announced Zenfone 2 with a whopping 4GB RAM.
And now the ASUS has announced the smartphone for India launch at an launch event dated for April 13.
The smartphone is offered in three variant with different specs from 2GB RAM in the entry level model and 4GB RAM for the high end model.
The smartphone comes with 5.5 inch full HD display combined with 13MP rear camera and 5MP front facing shooter.
The s,martphone is powered by the Intel Atom Quad core Z3580/Z3560 processor.
ASUS announced that the smartphone would be available for all with out any registration for any kind of flash sales or even any type of invitation system.
ASUS will be launching the high end model first whereas the Mid and entry level models will be announced later.
The pricing for the smartphone is expected to be around $280 (Approx. Rs.17,500), with that specs and price with out any registration and invites this smartphone is a direct threat to the Xiaomi Mi 4, YU Yureka, One Plus One.
