After unveiling its new flagship Galaxy devices both S6 and S6 Edge at MWC 2015, Samsung today unveiled the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge in India.
The device will be available for the user to buy from April 10 2015 - the same date as of the global availability.
Apart from the insync with global availability of the Smartphone, the VP of Samsung India Electronics also said that the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge will also be made in India and the manufacturing will also start much sooner.
These two latest flagships do come with more cutting edge technology than its predecessor.
Both of the smartphones have the Exynos 64-bit Octa core processor coupled with 4GB DDR4 RAM and comes with 32GB, 64GB and 128GB storage options.
The basic difference between both the smartphone is distinguished by the dual curved screen on the Galaxy S6 Edge and having 50mAh more battery capacity than the Galaxy S6.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 will be available at a price of Rs.49,900 (32 GB); Rs.55,900 (64 GB); Rs.61,900 (128 GB) whereas the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge will be priced at Rs.58,900 (32 GB); Rs.64,900(64 GB); Rs.70,900(128 GB).
